Homestead Park Pavilion

Remove and replace existing pavilion and concrete pad at Homestead Park, 13742 South 2200 West. Concrete pad is 25' x 25' and the new pavilion is to be close to the same size. Pavilion is to be all steel construction, 6" steel posts, similar in design as Steelworx HP-2424-SW style or acceptable substitute, see attached (which is a different size, but the style they want). Color to be determined. Demo and haul off existing concrete. New concrete pad is to be 4000psi, AA-AE, six bag mix, 5" thick placed on 4" of road base, compacted to 95% compaction. Concrete pad is to have an 18" x 18" #3 bar tied together or wire mesh mate overlapped at a minimum of one square and tied. Bar or wire mesh is to be from edge to edge and shall be placed in the middle of the concrete. Done to APWA 03 30 04 specification.
