Network Cabling Projects

**As of April 18, 2023, project was awarded to H-Wire, awarded amount is $220,808.50.** This Request for Information (RFI) is to notify interested parties that the Canyons School District will be releasing a Request for Bid (RFP) from qualified suppliers that can provide and install all cabling in the ceiling near the projector or middle of each room with labels. Timeline will be summer May 29th through August 4th 2023 for the following schools: East Sandy Elementary CAT6 Cabling: 90 drops and two 48 port CAT6 patch panels CAT6A Cabling: 30 drops and one 48 port CAT6A patch panel East Midvale Elementary (including 8 Portables with 3 Cat6 drops each) CAT6 Cabling: 111 drops and three 48 port CAT6 patch panels CAT6A Cabling: 29 drops and one 48 port CAT6A patch panel Crescent Elementary CAT6 Cabling: 103 drops and three 48 port CAT6 patch panels CAT6A Cabling: 33 drops and one 48 port CAT6A patch panel Oakdale Elementary CAT6 Cabling: 84 drops and two 48 port CAT6 patch panels CAT6A Cabling: 28 drops and one 48 port CAT6A patch panel Sprucewood Elementary CAT6 Cabling: 96 drops and two 48 port CAT6 patch panels CAT6A Cabling: 32 drops and one 48 port CAT6A patch panel No pricing is to be provided. A. Licensed The interested supplier must be properly licensed to conduct business in the State of Utah. Please upload a copy of your license with your proposal. B. Non-Discrimination The proposer must comply at all times during the bidding and contracting period with all applicable Federal, State, County, and City anti-discrimination laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. Any violations of this provision shall be considered a violation of a material provision of the audit contract and shall be grounds for cancellation, termination, or suspension. C. FCC Registered Service Provider The service provider must be an FCC registered service provider and be in good standing with USAC. D. E-rate Requirements The service provider must provide evidence that they have a Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN). The service provider must provide evidence that they have filed a current Service Provider Annual Certification (SPAC) (Form 473) and must maintain all Certifications.
