| Description | Derryfield Country Club building located at 625 Mammoth Road has two elevated exterior pressure treated deck structures with exterior stairs to ground level. The project involves removal of all existing deck railings, handrails, and drink rail, to the deck level and at exterior staircases and are to be replaced with pressure treated wood of identical type, size, shape, and configuration. All pressure treated wood to be smooth and free of splinters, large knots, splits, checks or major holes and deformities and shall require an exterior grade solid based deck stain applied to all surfaces. |
