Capital Fund Program

Work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to construct the project as shown on the construction drawings. In general, the work can be briefly described as following: Modifications to Administration Building: replacing floor coverings with V.C.T., painting walls, replacing wood wall paneling with sheetrock, installing a new door way in a concrete block wall, replacing storefront windows and door, installing new security transaction window, removing wall tile in restrooms, removing ceiling texture, painting ceilings, replacing office cabinets and countertops, replacing kitchen cabinets and countertops, and installing a new heating and cooling system. Site Work: installing new or replacing handrails at retaining walls and stairs, filling low areas with top soil and sod, installing new fencing, and installing a new portable storage building.
