FY23 Drakes Creek Park - Field 3 Dugout Rebuild

Scope of work to include demolition of remaining dugout, hauling away of deconstructed materials, and the subsequent full construction of a new dugout for Field 3, with the requirement to duplicate the existing 1st base dugout.
