DSRT Surf is a surf anchored resort community nestled into the Desert Willow Golf Course. The project includes a four-story upscale boutique hotel with 92 rooms and an adjacent Surf Center. The hotel sits along the surf lagoon, with ground level amenities including a restaurant, lobby, and lounge, with shaded outdoor patios overlooking the lagoon. The hotel also has an upper level amenity deck for guests that provides a spectacular overview of the lagoon for the guest rooms and balconies, meeting space, and pool bar. The 83 villas are spread throughout with 33 luxury villas and 50 stacked flats around the surf lagoon. As of October 11, 2022, this project is under review with the city. It recently went before the Architectural Review Commission on October 5, 2022 where it received approval for an architecture change. The applicant must now prepare final construction documents. An architect has been selected; however, a general contractor or selection method has not been disclosed.
