Description

**As of September 6, 2022, project is cancelled. Project is no longer needed.** Precast Restroom Building-Multiple Stalled The site is located at 300 Locust St, Windsor, CO 80550. Timeline for completion is November 1st of 2022. Selected contractor will be responsible for removal of existing restroom and garage structure,all necessary grading and drainage requirements, installation of precast building and all related plumbing. Structure should include but is not limited to: o Two separate restrooms o Men's restroom 6 urinals/2 stalls, Women's 6 stalls. All stalls and urinals to have partitions o Two sinks per room o Attached over-size, single car shop/garage o Stainless fixtures o Graffiti resistant coatings for walls and partitions The selected firm shall furnish all expertise, labor, and resources to provide complete services necessary for Work Order(s) issued during the Contract Term. All work orders shall be completed in accordance with the requirements of the Town's Parks and Recreation Master Plan, Comprehensive Plan, and other applicable Town documents and codes. The following summarizes the types of scope of services that the Design Firm may be required to perform, depending on the individual Work Orders. Minority Business Enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit qualifications in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on grounds of race, sex, color, creed, marital status, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws. The Town of Windsor reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to further negotiate with the successful consultant and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in proposals received, and to accept any portion of the proposal if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Windsor to do so. The total cost of preparation and submission shall be borne by the consultant. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
