Description

Bid prices shall be in effect for a period of one (1) year, beginning January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. EWW reserves the right to extend contract for a period of up to three (3) additional one (1) year extensions, providing extension is agreed upon in writing by both parties within sixty (60) days prior to the contract ending date.
