15KV Copper Cable, EPR, 175 MIL, Strand Filled, Single Conductor, JCN (3 types)

Scope of Services Alameda Municipal Power, a department of the City of Alameda, is the City's municipal electric utility serving residents and businesses. AMP is seeking to award purchases for the following 3 types of cables: • 5kV medium voltage, 1/0 AWG URD copper cable, compressed strand filled single conductor, 175 mil insulation, jacketed concentric-neutral consisting of one ethylene propylene rubber (EPR) insulated central conductor with helically applied copper concentric neutral conductors over the insulation shielding, and an overall jacket of black, linear low density polyethylene; • 15kV medium voltage, 500 Kcmil copper cable, compressed strand filled single conductor, 175 mil insulation, jacketed concentric-neutral consisting of one ethylene propylene rubber (EPR) insulated central conductor with helically applied copper concentric neutral conductors over the insulation shielding, and an overall jacket of black, linear low density polyethylene; and • 15kV medium voltage, 1000kcmil copper cable, compact strand filled single conductor, 175 mil insulation, jacketed concentric-neutral. The cable shall consist of one ethylene propylene rubber (EPR) insulated central conductor with helically applied copper concentric neutral conductors over the insulation shielding, and an overall jacket of black, linear low density polyethylene.
