Sunset Dr/IA Highway 28 and North Avenue Intersection Improvements

The work includes all materials, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to complete the improvements. The proposed project includes approximately 8,300 SY of pavement removal, 3,900 CY excavation, 7,800 SY of modified subbase, 1,300 LF of storm sewer pipe (15 inch to 54 inch), 1,300 LF of subdrain, water main pipe adjustments, 25 sewer structures, 7,200 SY of 8-inch concrete pavement, 730 SY of PCC sidewalks, 305 SY of PCC shared use path, 500 SY of PCC driveway, 740 TON of HMA detour pavement, 490 TON of rip rap, traffic signalization, traffic control, erosion control, surface restoration, and other miscellaneous work.
