This project includes proposed park trail improvements for Sears, Redbud, and Nelson Parks to include removal of existing asphalt trails and installation of new 10-foot-wide concrete trail and associated improvements. The City of Abilene Will Utilize the "best Value" Competitive Bidding Method in Determining the Award of the Contract. The City of Abilene Will Award the Contract to the Lowest Responsible Bidder Who Provides the "best Value" to the City of Abilene. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids.
