The NW Block project has an eight-level precast Parking Garage and a Mixed-Use building with ground floor Retail and five upper floors of Residential spaces. The North Block project has a four-level cast-in-place Parking Garage, two floors of Retail and Office spaces, and six upper floors of Residential spaces. The preference is to award the NW and North Block buildings together as one package, but this may not occur for all trades. Proposals including only one of the buildings will be accepted. All bids should clearly outline the scope of work represented by the proposal and be in accordance with the provided documents. Where specific products have been identified, proposals shall be based on the identified product. Substitutions may be offered as a value management alternate. W. M. Jordan Company strongly encourages participation by certified SWaM subcontractors and suppliers who are classified as one or more of the following: Small, Woman-Owned, and/or Minority-Owned. Certified second tier subcontractors and suppliers should also be listed where applicable. Breeden Construction will be responsible for the Residential portions of both Mixed-Use buildings. This includes the exterior amenity decks. Please contact AJ Dalton, ajd@breedenconstruction.com, with any questions on this portion of the work. The overall Atlantic Park development project also includes the Entertainment Venue and the Surf Park. Sitework and piles for the projects have already been awarded. |
