Description

The work consists of constructing two office spaces, with one of the office spaces being optional, including demolition, reconfiguration of lighting, electrical and data outlets, fire sprinklers, ducting and air registers and various appurtenances as specified and as shown on the drawings. Estimated cost of contract. Metropolitan expects the total cost of construction to range between $242,000 and $307,000. This estimate is intended to serve merely as a guideline of the magnitude of work.
