| Description | Construct two new buildings: 1) A three-story approximately 59,800 s.f. laboratory and office building, (the third floor is a mechanical penthouse), and, 2) an 1850 s.f. one-story maintenance building to house landscaping and snow removal equipment. Project includes all the work described in the drawings, including site work and site utility work. Also included is the demolition and removal of an existing house and barn, including foundations, associated septic tank, and the demolition and removal of two separate spring houses. Asbestos-containing floor tiles and mastic in the house and barn will require abatement prior to structure demolition. |
