Description

Furnish and install a new heating plant at Bramhall Fire Station. The new heating plant shall consist of two (2) 500 mbh high efficiency natural gas fired condensing boilers, piping, controls, and ancillary equipment. Demolition of existing boiler, piping, controls, and ancillary equipment. In the event of inclement weather, if Portland Schools and/or City operations have been cancelled, any scheduled pre-bid meetings will be cancelled as well. NOTE: Every effort will be made to provide as much forewarning as possible regarding these decisions.
