Description

Intercom System Replacement - Oregon Trail Elementary School Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid total shall be submitted with proposal at time of bid. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required from the successful bidder. All current Wyoming Preference Acts, Statutes and Laws shall be in effect. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids or any bid or to waive any irregularities in any bid, or to accept any bid which will best serve the interests of the Owner.
