Turf Mowing for County Buildings and Parks

1. It is the intention of these specifications that the vendor hereunder shall furnish, and Carroll County shall purchase mowing services covered by this agreement which the County may require during the period of time specified. The quantities shown are approximate and are for the purpose of bid evaluation. The County reserves the right to order such services as may be required during the said period, and it also reserves the right not to order any services bid upon by the vendor, if it is found that such services are not required by the County during the period covered by this agreement 2. The County does not guarantee a minimum or maximum amount of work that will be generated by these specifications. At any time during this contract mowing sites may be added or eliminated at the discretion of the County. The necessity of mowing services covered by this agreement may vary during the length of the agreement.
