Description

The scope of work entails the replacement of two above ceiling fan coil units and associated construction in the Spain Wallace 2nd Floor laboratory. The scope includes removal of existing and installation of new units, piping and insulation, and controls. The work shall be performed within the operating hospital facility using a high level of infection control measures. The Contractor shall demonstrate experience with the implementation and maintenance of infection control measures and interim life safety measures in hospital environments. The Contractor shall also demonstrate experience with performing construction in a hospital environment which had to remain operational during construction.
