Tahlequah Public Schools - New Athletic Facilities

Provide all material, labor, equipment, bonds, and insurance to complete the football field and indoor turf and drainage including but not limited to the following: a. Provide complete turnkey package for turf and drainage system including concrete perimeter curbs, goal post sleeves, and retainage wall. b. Provide all grading, excavation, fine grading, and any other earthwork or fill required for the football field. c. Provide all underground drainage systems complete including rock, pipe, concrete head walls, fabric. d. Provide all compacted subgrade and sub-base. e. All wood blocking and anchors as it pertains to turf installation. f. All turf for the football field and indoor athletic facility. Dig permit required prior to work performed. Maintain permit during all work activities. Private utilities may require a private locate by the bid package. Hand digging required near any utilities. 5. Remove and reinstall goal posts and flagpole where indicated Protect existing scoreboard and light poles where indicated during construction. Clearand grub site vegetation. All vegetation/waste material to be removed and lawfully disposed offsite.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing, Selective Clearing, Earth Moving, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Water Utilities.
