For the improvement of a certain section of highway in Susquehanna County, Springville Township, Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania, State Route 3017, Section 574. The project being situated as follows: From a point approximately 2.11 miles southeast of the intersection with SR 29 at segment 0040 offset 1380 (station 85+00) to a point approximately 1.99 miles southeast of the intersection with SR 29 at segment 0050 offset 0215 (station 91+60) along SR 3017. The project consists of a box culvert on the same alignment as the temporary pipes in place. The project also includes minimal approach work and guiderail replacement.
