| Description | Contractors for the replacement of the existing rear entry masonry stoop at Apartment B7, Jennie Parker Manor. Minimally, the contractor shall demolish the existing concrete slab, masonry foundation and footing; remove and reinstall existing railings and precast concrete steps; repair building foundation as necessary; install new reinforced concrete piers, grade beams, CMU walls and concrete slab and other incidental work. All permitting fees, if any are required, will be paid for by the contractor with no expense to the Authority. |
