| Description | Each proposal shall be separately sealed in an envelope addressed to the Whitman County Board of County Commissioners with the name of the bidder and the project name written plainly on the outside of the envelope. This contract provides for the improvement of approximately 4.69 miles of Pandora Road - County Road No. 0010 - from milepost 0.32 to milepost 5.01 - 1.27 miles of Waterman Road - County Road No. 0015 - from milepost 0.00 to milepost 1.27 - 10.50 miles of Dry Creek Road - County Road No. 2500 - from milepost 0.00 to milepost 10.50 - 1.82 miles of Endicott-St. John Road - County Road No. 4230 - from milepost 9.74 to milepost 11.56 - 5.03 miles of Almota Road - County Road No. 8000 - from milepost 0.79 to milepost 5.82 - 3.60 miles of Almota Road - County Road No. 8000 - from milepost 7.96 to milepost 11.56 - and 3.05 miles of Colfax Airport Road - County Road No. 8010 - from milepost 0.00 to milepost 3.05 - by crack sealing - sealcoating - guardrail - pavement markings - traffic control and other work - all in accordance with the Contract Plans and Provisions and the Standard Specifications. |
