Description The work to be performed under this contract is located within Madison Township, Yellow Creek Township, and the Village of Wellsville in Columbiana County, Ohio. The process water outfall sewer system will begin on Buckeye Water District (BWD) lands just west of the Water Treatment Facility; cross country to Hibbetts Mill Road; then along Hibbetts Mill Road, Osborne Road, Forbes Road, Fife- Coal Road, State Route 39, 16 School Road, along/across State Route 7, Clark Avenue, River Drive, under the Norfolk Southern Railroad, and outletting into the Ohio River. The following is a description of work to be performed under this contract; installation of two (2) process water lift stations; approximately 44,000 feet of 16`` force main and gravity conduit; outfall structure & conduit within the Ohio River; and all necessary appurtenances, man- holes, air/vacuum release valves, directional boring, boring & jacking, pavement repair, and other incidentals.
