| Description | In support of Fiscal Service’s mission, FMOD seeks to identify vendors that can provide indoor air & water quality evaluation services on an annual basis at each location and on an ad-hoc basis when requested. These services may include, but are not necessarily limited to: 1. Sampling, analysis, evaluation, and reporting on HVAC and water systems in all Fiscal Service buildings in the continental United States on a scheduled basis, on an ad-hoc basis, and on an emergency basis. 2. Identification of potential hazards related to indoor air and water within the workplace using Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)-approved sampling methodologies to identify and assess such hazards. 3. Development of appropriate controls and protection plans using U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) I-BEAM inspection procedures and relevant requirement standards for indoor air & water inspections. |
