Waterless Restrooms Cleaning

The San Luis National Wildlife Refuge Complex, 7376 S. Wolfsen Road, Los Banos, CA 93635 has a requirement for janitorial cleaning services of 5 waterless vault restrooms from March 21, 2022 through March 20, 2023. Each of the restroom facilities is a standalone building containing two approximately 60 sq-ft identical male and female rooms, each room with a single pit or vault-style toilet, toilet paper dispenser rack, toilet seat cover dispenser, and trash receptacle. The contractor will be responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and assuring performance of all work under this contract. The vault restrooms receive use at the Refuge Complex by the visiting public daily throughout the year. SCOPE: Merced National Wildlife Refuge – Contractor will be responsible for twice monthly cleanings (two-week intervals) of two vault restroom facilities (each facility contains two toilet rooms for a total of four toilet rooms) at Merced National Wildlife Refuge – 7501 W. Sandy Mush Rd, Merced CA 93635. One of these vault restrooms is located near the refuge entrance, while the other is approximately 2.5 miles away from the refuge entrance along a gravel road automobile tour route. San Luis National Wildlife Refuge – Contractor will be responsible for twice monthly cleanings (two-week intervals) of two vault restroom facilities (each facility contains two toilet rooms for a total of four toilet rooms). One restroom is located outside the visitor center at 7376 S Wolfsen Rd, Los Banos, CA 93635. Restroom facility is located approximately ¼- miles from the refuge entrance and is adjacent to the visitor center parking lot. The second restroom is at the West Bear Creek Unit of the Refuge – no street address. Entrance to this location is on the east side of CA-165 14.5 miles north of CA152 x CA-165 and 3.1 miles south of CA-140 x CA-165, Merced County, CA. Restroom facility is located approximately 1.1 miles from the refuge entrance along a gravel road automobile tour route. San Joaquin River National Wildlife Refuge – Contractor will be responsible for twice monthly cleanings (two-week intervals) of one vault restroom facility (two toilet rooms) at San Joaquin River National Wildlife Refuge – 2714 Dairy Rd, Vernalis, CA 95385.
