The Work detailed within the Contract Documents has been specified to meet certain requirements for performance, appearance, and costs. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to implement the guidelines and requirements contained in the Contract Documents and translate them into a complete design package containing all elements necessary for a complete, operational, and functionally integrated Audio-Video System(s). 2. Provide all work as detailed in the Contract Documents as a turnkey installation including all material, labor, engineering, warranties, taxes, freight, and permits.
