| Description | To Cut and Remove Trees at Various Wastewater Facilities for the Department of Environmental Management. Unit Price Shall Not Exceed 4 Decimal Places. Vendors Compliance Shall Be Mandatory for All Awards $2,500 or Greater in Accordance With the Requirements of Hawaii Revised Statutes 103d-310(C). All Bids Must Be F.o.b. Destination, Freight Prepaid and Allowed, and Inclusive of All Applicable Taxes, Including Hawaii General Excise Tax and Use Taxes. The County of Hawaii is Exempt From Federal Taxes. Effective January 1, 2020 - December 31, 2030, the Maximum General Excise Tax Rate and Surcharge That May Be Charged to the County of Hawaii Will Be 4.7120%. |
