High Performance Hangars Development Parcels A-8 and A-9

The project is planned in three phases: Phase I includes four hangars on the West side, facing East, for a total of 16,120 square feet and construction of a 75' internal asphalt road; Phase II includes four hangars to the East facing West for a total of 16,120 square feet and Phase III includes two south-end hangars for a total of 8,060 square feet. As of January 25, 2023, the project is in design review through the Garfield County Board of County Commissioners. Information regarding an architect has not been disclosed. A general contractor has been selected and is expected to bid for trades in the first quarter of 2023. Construction is expected to begin on the first phase in April of 2023 and be complete in July of 2023. The second phase is expected to begin in July of 2023. The timeframe for construction of the third phase is unknown at this time.
