| Description | Project generally consists of removal of 5" existing pavement and replacing with 3" base and 2" surface course including storm sewer improvements. Reconstruction of the parking lot generally consists of milling/unclassified excavation and paving, the furnishing and installation of dense graded aggregate base course, hot mix asphalt base course, and hot mix asphalt surface course including sweeping, tack coating, and other pavement and preparation and related work.. Reconstruction also includes the removal and replacement of curbs and sidewalks, driveway restoration, storm drainage improvements, striping, chain link fence and a motorized gate and other associated work and services in accordance with the Contract Documents. The proposed storm sewer improvements generally consist of the new storm sewer with inlets, including connection to the existing storm sewer, excavation bracing, vibration monitoring, and other associated work. | ||||
