To replace the existing classroom projectors, sound field amplification systems, and district-wide phone system. Work will be coincide with construction additions/renovations when necessary, and the district will work with the Contractor(s) to create a schedule to complete the work sooner in areas with minimal impact from construction activities. B. The solution must include screen casting from Windows and Chrome devices. If the functionality is not native, include external screen casting solution for all rooms as part of the base bid. C. Demolish existing interactive projectors, mounts, and cabling as well as any projection screens no longer in use. D. Demolish existing soundfield systems, cabling, shelves, and speakers. Demolish and remove any abandoned raceways. E. Install audio cable between the display and the new classroom audio system. F. Install new projector/display, soundfield amplification system, and associated cabling, raceway, extenders, patch cables, etc. G. If proposed solution (or voluntary alternate) is an IP-based solution requiring a hard-wired connection, Contractor is to provide structured data cabling for devices. H. Contractor to patch all mounting holes and prep to smooth finish for painting. Contractor to paint any locations that will not be covered by the new mount. I. Provide blank faceplates, faceplate modules, or raceway sections related to demolition
