Description

Scope of Work: 1. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, labor and supervision to perform and complete the project described below. 2. Remove any unwanted equipment/curbs from roof area. 3. Complete tear off down to decking. 4. Mechanically secure two layers of two-inch ISO. 5. Install 60 mil Carlisle. 6. Provide a 20-year system and a 5-year workmanship warranty 7. All metal replaced with 24 ga metal 8. No extra material to be stored on roof (only daily material to be placed on roof each day) 9. The Contractor shall confirm allowable working hours with Owner before mobilization. 10. Contractor shall obtain approvals in advance for all lay down and storage areas. 11. Contractor is responsible for protection of all surfaces including those not in the scope of work from construction dust, debris or damage during construction up until final acceptance. 12. Contractor will maintain clean work areas. Remove and dispose of all demolished materials and construction debris. Site must be cleaned every day at the completion of work. Contractor shall take extra precautions to pick up all debris, nails and fasteners from the ground and all surrounding area and finishing with magnetic pickup to ensure safety and cleanliness. Upon completion of work, all construction areas shall be left clean and free from debris. Clean all dust, dirt and droppings. (Macon-Bibb will mark area for dumpster supplied by contractor). 13 Contractor to provide timeline to include projected time needed for materials, start date and finish date. 14. Contractor shall be responsible for all cost associated with crane and any equipment needed to complete the project.
