Variable Frequency Drive Maintenance Services

This contract is to perform the manufactures warranty service, preventive maintenance and calibrations to the industrial HVAC equipment located at the Durham Veterans Affairs Health Care System (VAHCS), 508 Fulton St, Durham, NC 27705. Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, materials, equipment, supervision, and technical expertise necessary to provide maintenance and repair of variable frequency drives associated with Air Handling Units, Exhaust Fans, Heat Exchangers and Chillers interfaced with the Building Management System (Siemens Insight/Desigo Control System) at the Durham VA Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina as describe herein. Contractor shall have ten years’ experience servicing VFD Variable frequency drives. Contractor shall be a Manufacture Representative for ABB and Yaskawa for a minimum of seven years. Contractor shall submit documentation that shows that they are a Manufacture Representative before contract is awarded.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution, Central HVAC Equipment.
Division 26 -	Electrical.
Division 40 -	Process Integration, Primary Control Devices, Variable Frequency Drives.
