Description

Fire Alarm Testing and Repair Trade Contract The Waltham Housing Authority (WHA), the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Trade Services repairs and maintenance as needed on a day-to-day basis at various public housing developments owned and operated by the Waltham Housing Authority in accordance with the documents prepared by the Waltham Housing Authority. The contract duration is 9 1/2 months. The WHA may exercise its option to renew the contract for two additional years at one year intervals. The estimated cost for one year is $100,000.Bids are subject to MGL c.149 44A-J to minimum state wage rates as required by M.G.L. c l49, 26 - 27H. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than 5% of the greatest possible bid amount and made payable to the Waltham Housing Authority.
