Cumberland Family Medical Center - Lincoln First Choice

For Lincoln First Choice Cumberland Family Medical Center, Inc. will receive bids for construction of the Lincoln First Choice in Stanford, Kentucky. This project consists of the following bid packages: earthwork, asphalt, concrete, masonry, structural steel, general construction, roofing, storefront and windows, drywall, acoustical ceiling, floor coverings, painting, casework, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. A detailed project schedule will be compiled before construction begins; our anticipated overall time frame is fourteen (14) months from commencement to substantial completion. All questions need to be submitted in writing to shonaker@cfmcky.com no later than 10:00 AM EST, March 1, 2023. The bid shall be submitted on the bid form provided by Cumberland Family Medical Center, Inc. in the specification book. If the bid amount is over $250,000.00 the bidder will need to supply a 5% bid bond and successful contractor will be required to provide a 100% Performance & Payment Bond. Supplies broken out for Owner direct purchase are not required to be included in the Performance and Payment Bond. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days subsequent to the opening of bids without consent of Cumberland Family Medical Center, Inc. Progress payments on the project will be allowed with 10% retainage being withheld. A schedule of values must be submitted and approved before the first pay application will be accepted. AIA pay application or approved equal will be required to be submitted.
