| Description | Vacuum Excavation Contract Bids must be accompanied by Bid security in an amount of five percent (5%) of Bidder's Bid price, and in the form of a Bid bond in a form and from a Surety in a form acceptable to the Authority, to the favor of the Authority, or a certified check made payable to the Monroe County Water Authority. Performance and Payment Bonds: When Contractor delivers the signed counterparts of the Agreement to Owner, Contractor shall also deliver to Owner the performance bond and payment bond (if the Contract requires Contractor to furnish such bonds). The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. |
