Any ruts, holes, or uneven areas caused by contractors equipment or due to cutting and cleaning should be left smooth and even so property can be easily maintained in the future. This scope is provided only as a general guide to cleanup. Additional information could be discussed and added during the mandatory property walkthrough, taking notes is encouraged.
