| Description | Retrofill existing 5KV drawout breakers and relays. Provide new hinged front doors. Provide new IR windows in existing rear panels. Replace 125V DC Panelboard. Remove existing tie breaker "B" and provide permanent bus connection. Remove existing 5KV non-fused load-break switch. Provide new 5KV fused load-break switch. Rewind 1000/1333, 4.8kV-480V, dry-type, close-coupled transformer and return to service. Replace unit transformer primary supply conductors in kind. Replace 480V drawout main and tie circuit breakers and trip units. Replace 480V drawout feeder circuit breakers and trip units. Replace voltmeter, ammeter and associated PTs and CTs. Replace 5KV primary conductors A2A and C1A. Replace kirk key interlock mechanisms. Re-torque all feeder lug connections where they terminate within unit substation, transformer and MV switchgear. Repair miscellaneous damaged and missing components within affected switchgear including, but not limited to hinges, latches, stabs, springs, rollers, indicator lights, knobs, handles, fuses, etc. Replace existing 40kVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPSIT) in 8th floor electrical room. | ||
