A timeline for award has not yet been established.** All bids must be accompanied by a negotiable bid guarantee which shall not be less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid a performance and payment bond in a penal sum of 100 percent of the contract price or, as may be required or permitted by State law Refer to Prevailing Wage Requirements included herein All principal contractors and subcontractors are strongly encouraged to visit the site to review the scope of work. This will be the only time the sites would be available for inspection during the bid period. The Wyoming Housing Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to award the contract to the lowest, responsible and most responsive bidder and to waive any formalities or irregularities in the bids received. The Housing Commission reserves the right to award a contract in the best interest to the Housing Commission
