Poquoson Middle School Modernization

The Poquoson Middle School Modernization project consists of approximately 35,000 square feet of additions and approximately 53,000 square feet of major renovation work, and approximately 13,000 square feet of minor renovation work. The major renovations will be to the existing two-story academic wings and the conversion of the existing cafeteria to classroom space. Minor renovations consist of building system improvements to the existing Gymnasium and Kitchen. The total gross square footage of the new facility will be approximately 101,000 square feet.
