The scope of work generally consists of the following: Building is a pre-engineered metal structure 100’-0” by 100’-0” with an inside clearance of 30’-0”. An approximately 100’-0” by 25’-0” mezzanine is included within the structure. Deposition area includes approximately 4,400 square feet of Mastertop metal aggregate concrete. Remaining spaces consist of rated Household Hazard Waste, office, conference room, break room, lockers, and restrooms.Site Work consists of Removals, Earthwork, Geosynthetics, Salvage and Aggregate Base Course, Concrete Pavement, Watermain, Sanitary Sewer, Septic Tanks, Bore and Push, , Seeding, Erosion and Sediment Control, Traffic Control, Signing, and other related items.
