Parking Lot Repaving, Patching, Marking and Curb Replacement

The scope of work must include, but is not limited to: repaving of Midland Highs Band and East Lots, repaving Northeast Middle Schools back asphalt parking lots, spot asphalting areas at Dow High, Central Park Elementary. A. Base Scope of Work — Concrete 1. Selectively remove and dispose of existing concrete curbing where indicated on drawing 2. Form and pour new replacement concrete curbing. 3. Install concrete pad around catch basins and manhole covers. B. Base Scope of Work — Asphalt Paving 1. Remove and properly dispose of existing asphalt paving. 2. Furnish and install base material as needed. 3. Fine grade, water, and compact the base course material. 4. Pave with MDOT specification performance grade PG64-22 mix. C. Base Scope of Work — Parking Lot Markings 1. Paint parking areas
