Sealed bid forms will be received in the New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (NJDMAVA), Business Management Bureau, Contract Administration Office, located at 101 Eggerts Crossing Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648 until 2:00 PM on FEBRUARY 7, 2024 and then publicly opened and read aloud. Bidders must be prequalified in the following classification pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52-35-3 by the Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC). Bidders are required to submit a copy of the DPMC prequalified classification with their bid. The following classifications may submit a bid proposal: C036 ENERGY SERVICES, OR C038 GEOTHERMAL LOOP SYSTEM The following are also welcome to bid: C006 Construction Manager, C007 Design Build, C008 General Construction, C009 General Construction / Alterations and Additions, HOWEVER MUST include a C036 OR C038 qualified firm in their subcontractor list specific to this project.
