HRHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to award contracts in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities in bidding. If the bid from the lowest responsible bidder exceeds available funds, the Authority reserves the right to negotiate with the apparent low bidder to obtain a contract price within available funds. All questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing using the attached Question Form and must be emailed no later than 4:00 p.m. on March 20, 2023.
