2023 Street Improvements Stanley Street And Grab'n Go Areas

Additional street improvements include approximately 900 feet of road grading and class 13 resurfacing for Louise St and Bernie St. The project includes approximately 3,000 feet of curb and gutter and 1,750 feet of sidewalk. Utility improvements for the project consist of 150 feet water main pipe, 4 gate valves and 1 fire hydrant. Storm sewer improvements include 850 feet of storm sewer RCP, 3 storm sewer manholes, 2 storm sewer curb inlets, and 2 storm sewer area inlets. All Work shall be done according to the Bidding Documents. Work generally consists of the following approximate quantities: 8,000 CY Unclassified Excavation; 1,800 CY Salvage Gravel Surface; 12,000 SY Subgrade Preparation; 6,300 TONs Class 5 Aggregate Street Base (12"); 1,000 TONs Class 13 Aggregate Surfacing; 1,000 CY Topsoiling; 2,500 TONs Bituminous Pavement (5"); 3,000 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter; 775 SY 4" Concrete Sidewalk; 170 FT Water Main pipe; 840 LF Reinforced Concrete Pipe; Traffic Control; Erosion Control; Signage; Seeding and Restoration.
