Description Replace HVAC systems in Berea Elementary School over the course of the summer of 2019. 1. Replacing Thru-the-wall unit ventilators with single zone VRF systems. 2. Replacing rooftop package units. 3. Adding zone control to rooftop package units. 4. Replacing existing controls system. 5. Re configuring existing electrical system to accommodate the new HVAC system. 6. Sealing all holes associated with existing HVAC systems that are being removed. 7. Repairing the floor where damaged by existing HVAC system. 8. Repair finishes damaged by existing HVAC system. 9. Install exhaust fans in select electrical rooms. 10. Install mini-splits in select rooms.
