| Description | Requirements contract covering the period of 9/1/20 thru 6/30/21. Grease Trap, hood and vent cleaning for 4th Floor Kitchen. Clean and maintain exhaust hoods & vents in scullery, over all stoves, ovens and grills throughout kitchen including external roof caps and equipment at scheduled intervals as per equipment specifications and provide replacements parts if needed. There is one large hood covering 4 convection ovens, 2 salamander broilers a 6 burner range and a charbroil grill top; there is one smaller hood over a 4 burner stove top. Grease trap is located in the Scullery. PG bio drain - 5 gallon bucket. Grease trap maintenance to include above referenced product along with regular service. Service to be provided quarterly at a minimum up to 4 total for the year. Quote per visit. |
