| Description | Consists of constructing a new concrete apron and endwalls on an existing concrete box culvert. The work will occur within a large drainage ditch which is subject to flash flooding after rainfall and possibly snowmelt events. The worksite is within the BNSF Railroad right-of-way, so BNSF coordination will be required and BNSF safety requirements will apply. Site access is available via a city-owned parcel abutting the site. |
