Description | **As of December 8 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** A Bid Security in the amount of ten percent of the TOTAL BID PRICE but not to exceed $20,000.00, is required to accompany all bid submissions. The Authority, in accordance with law, reserves the right to reject any or all bids either in whole or in part and also to waive any minor informality in any bid or bids so received. In order to bid this project, the bidder shall be pre-qualified under at least one (1) of the following NJDPMC Trade Code(s) at the time of submission: NJDPMC Trade Code C008 General Construction NJDPMC Trade Code C009 General Construction / Alterations and Additions NJDPMC Trade Code C066 Roofing: Membrane EPDM In addition to the bidder prequalification, any subcontractor performing work on the project shall be pre-qualified, as applicable, under the following NJDPMC Trade Code(s) at the time of submission: NJDPMC Trade Code C047 Electrical NJDPMC Trade Code C032 HVACR To be declared on the Subcontractor Declaration electronically. The Authority, in accordance with applicable law, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and also to waive any minor informality or non-material exceptions in any bid or bids so received. The project includes the complete replacement of the existing roofing at the West Maintenance Yard Office/Garage Building, East Maintenance Yard Office/Garage Building and the East Maintenance Yard 4-Bay Garage with a new 60-mil, 20-year warranty, fully adhered EPDM roof system, including removal and reinstallation of all existing mechanical and electrical items, as necessary. The project is to be bid as follows Base Bid Roof Area E (East Mx. Yard 4-Bay Garage; +/-2,244 SF) Add Alternate #1 Roof Area A (West Mx. Yard Garage; +/-2,442 SF) Add Alternate #2 Roof Area C (East Mx. Yard Garage; +/-2,529 SF) Add Alternate #3 Roof Area D (East Mx. Yard Office; +/-2,671 SF) Add Alternate #4 Roof Area B (West Mx. Yard Office; +/-2,668 SF) Location of Work: East Maintenance Yard 530 E. Martin Terrace Pleasantville, NJ. West Maintenance Yard 501 Old Erial Rd. Sicklerville, NJ.
