To provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP), the services described herein furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, provide a mobile or heavy duty vehicle with dustless power vacuum attachment, capable of removing all debris and leaves from the paved parking area and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide bi-weekly Parking Lot Sweeping Services at the CHP Cottonwood Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility (C.V.E.F.) and Platform Scales in accordance with the terms CHP Cottonwood CVEF CHP 19340 Northbound I-5 Cottonwood, CA 96022, CHP Cottonwood Platform Scale Southbound I-5 Cottonwood, CA 96022
