Description

The existing egg-shaped primary digester is approximately 75-feet tall from ground surface to top platform with a surface area of 8330 square feet. The secondary digester has a vertical wall height of 17 feet and a dome shape top section that rises an additional 9.75-feet. The diameter is 60-feet. The tanks were built in 1999 and have never been coated since original coatings were applied. There are areas of delamination on the primary digester and more significant metal corrosion on the secondary digester. There is also areas of minor corrosion on the interior of the stair-tower, which provides access the top of both tanks. This project involves a base bid for recoating portions of all three (3) structures, and three (3) bid alternates for potential additional work. Attached are several record drawings of all three (3) structures.
